Hello guys I’m talking about artistic styles that have inspired me too use them in my own games in the future. These people are from different backgrounds and artistic styles.

Borderlands 2 has a timeless look due to them using cell shading which makes the characters and building a nice comic book look. Brian Martel and Jennifer Wildes are the team’s art directors and I love the way they made the city of Opportunity with its sharp angles and bright colours.

I have always been fascinated of Leonardo Da Vinci's work. I find each of his sketches of the human body surreal but realistic and also a bit alien when you look at them for the first time. On the other hand his inventions looked futuristic and he as an inventor was indeed a head of his time with coming up with some of the best inventions of his era.

Tim Burton is a very good director but his sketches are dark and with a lot of contrast and they project dark and gloomy moods. He has uses the same stile for his movies as well as his art to project is way of seeing the world to the viewer. Each drawing captures the feeling of sadness or fear but yet I still feel like there is some happiness in there. The best way I can describe it is the quote "It's all ways darkest before the dawn".
